Anastasia & Aggelos

Anastasia and Aggelos on their wedding day by the sea in Kavala — photographed by MOA

Chapter I

THE BRIDE

Bride Anastasia in her wedding dress during a seaside couple session in Kavala

Introducing the bride – Anastasia. There is a stillness to her that the camera loves, a composure that needs no arranging — the kind of presence that turns an ordinary afternoon into something worth remembering. She is graceful without effort, warm without trying, the sort of bride who carries her own quiet light into every frame. Those who know her recognise the depth beneath that calm: the loyalty, the humour, the way she makes the people around her feel chosen. On this day, in her dress, with the Kavala sea stretched out before her, she is unmistakably, completely herself — and that is the most beautiful thing a photograph can hold.

Chapter II

THE TWO OF THEM

Introducing the two of them: Anastasia and Aggelos. Theirs is not a love that performs for an audience, but one that simply exists — easy, certain, a little playful when no one is looking. They wanted their portraits away from the noise, just the two of them and the places they love, somewhere the light could do the talking. Across the years they have built something unshowy and solid, the kind of bond that lives in glances and half-finished sentences. And so they wandered the coast together, hand in hand, letting the camera catch what they already knew — that the best part of the day was each other.

Chapter III

THE OLD TOWN

They began in the old town of Kavala, where cobbled lanes spill toward the sea and the fortress keeps its centuries-old watch over the bay. Anastasia and Aggelos walked the coastal paths hand in hand, the Aegean opening wide beneath them, pines leaning in from the hillside. There was no rush, no choreography — only two people moving through a place that felt like it had been waiting for them. The old stone, the open water, the soft evening light: Kavala gave them a backdrop that needed no embellishment at all.

Chapter IV

THE MARBLE COAST

Then the day led them to the marble coast, where great slabs of white stone fall into water so still it looks like glass. Anastasia stepped out across the pale rock and Aggelos followed, two small figures against an immense, quiet sea. Up close, the marble glows almost silver in the late light; from above, the shoreline becomes pure geometry — rock, water, and the two of them at its centre. It is the kind of place that makes a couple look like the only people in the world.

Chapter V

HAPPILY EVER AFTER

The ceremony ends, the formal toasts conclude, and the night quietly belongs to them. Among friends who have known them since they were strangers to themselves, Marina and Giorgos slip into their happily ever after — barefoot, breathless, and certain.
